Melanie Feddersen

Melanie Feddersen has sold some of the most high profile luxury condominium buildings in Chicago. 

In her long career Melanie managed/sold at 15 major new home developments, including: The Fordham, Pinnacle, 65 E. Goethe, Ambassador West, River Bend, The Sexton Lofts, Lincoln Park 2550 and most recently The Enclave Townhomes in West Bucktown. 

With over $600,000,000 in personal sales, she is considered an expert in luxury buildings, most specifically the intricate details of the lovely projects listed above. In addition to selling the unique features of each home, she also sells the experience of living in the building and the neighborhood. Melanie’s experiences have taught her that customer service begins by carefully listening to her clients, setting realistic goals, and developing an action plan. Follow-through and communication are the other key elements to customer service excellence. She doesn’t hesitate to roll up her sleeves and has rearranged several of her client’s home with their own lovely furniture, knowing what the eye of the buyer wants to see. Whether she is your first broker, or your third broker, she will make sure you get the home you want as a buyer, and the price you want as a seller.

As you can see, Melanie offers her clients a high level of customer service and superlative attention to detail. She also understands the needs of affluent buyers and sellers and that the key to success in luxury real estate is personalized service. Melanie studied business and marketing at the University of Iowa, moving first to Southern California, where she earned her California real estate license and sold new construction homes. She returned to Chicago in 1991 where she earned her real estate license and began her successful career.

Matt Cohen

Matthew has been a licensed Managing Broker since 2009. Upon graduation from The Loyola University of Chicago’s Masters of Business Administration program with a concentration in Finance, he worked for what was then known as Chicago Apartment Finders (CAF). In his role at CAF, Matthew was responsible for executing brokerage services in the purchase, sale, leasing, and financing of multi-family and other residential as well as commercial assets owned by CAF. Matthew underwrote, negotiated, and facilitated the closing of $100M in assets in the first two years of his career at CAF. During that time, he developed a network of brokers, lenders, and attorneys from which he originated new acquisitions. In the summer of 2011, Matthew created Third Coast Chicago, an independently owned and operated boutique residential brokerage firm. Matthew successfully grew Third Coast to over $100M in sales. In May of 2019 Matthew transferred his Managing Broker’s license to Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty where he continues to represent clients in the purchase, sale, and lease of residential and commercial properties.
